Magazine front cover skeleton drawings

This is my original front cover skeleton. This skeleton is the one I intend to use to as my layout for my front cover.  I have chosen to base my front cover on this layout, as i feel it is clear and simple and will therefore attract the attention of my target audience.

This is my second skeleton drawing for my front cover. I do not intend to use this layout as I feel it may contain too many conventions therefore it may be a bit too busy.

This is my final skeleton drawing of a magazine front cover. I have chosen not to use this layout for my school magazine because of the position of the masthead, I believe that a masthead that is centered to top of the page will have a stronger impact on my target audience. However, this layout could be a possibility for my music magazine.
